Wellbeing for Mothers & Babies

This new and unique course has been created by Kate Pigeon-Owen and Caroline Roberts, both International Association of Infant Massage Trainers, each with more than 20 years’ experience working with young families. It’s the perfect CPD accredited follow-on training for qualified Infant Massage and Baby Yoga Instructors, and the positive responses from both our trainees and their attending mums has been overwhelming.

On completion of this training, instructors will be qualified to run a 5 week course with mothers and babies (3 months – 1 year).

Our Vision

For all mothers to feel loved, celebrated and honoured in their nurturing and protecting role as they consciously focus on their own and their baby’s holistic wellbeing.

Our Mission

To provide resources, curriculum and training to support Wellbeing For Mother & Baby instructors as they contribute to the empowerment and happiness of all mothers.

“This is a wonderful training that really embraces mothers and their new babies. It gives you the tools to facilitate and hold a safe space for mums to think about not only their baby, but crucially their own selves. The evidenced based content of the training explores the art and science of wellbeing; thought provoking discussions and “10 thoughts” around each of the five aspects of wellbeing are much needed in this current climate, and this enables us as professionals to support new mums and babies. I thoroughly recommend this training if you already work with new families and want to offer them continued positive support”
