Wellbeing Mothers & Babies

Our venues are spacious and all social distancing and ‘Covid’ restrictions will be in place.

On completion of this training, instructors will be qualified to run a 5 week course with mothers and babies (3 months – 1 year). This new and unique course has been created by Kate Pigeon-Owen and Caroline Roberts, both International Association of Infant Massage Trainers, each with more than 20 years’ experience working with young families.

This accredited course is the perfect follow on from infant massage or baby yoga.

Our Mission

To provide resources, curriculum and training to support Wellbeing For Mother & Baby instructors as they contribute to the empowerment and happiness of all mothers.

All courses will be run either face to face if possible, or virtually.  Please select either the venue or the dates that suit you.

Share with mothers the fundamental aspects of physical, emotional & mental wellbeing for them & their baby.

Enhance your facilitation skills leading Icebreakers, Theory & Discussion.  Explore further ways of creating & holding a safe place.

Deepen the attachment/bonding process by sharing Wellbeing Story Massage & rhyme time

Learn additional ways to relax mothers with guided breathing, movement & a simple back massage

The cost is £295 per delegate for an open training, or £200 per delegate for an in-house training  (minimum 10 attendees)
