10% More Energy

Wellbeing days for individuals. The day aims to show how we can all gain 10% more energy with small but significant changes – topics such as sleep, exercise and relaxation techniques are covered as well as recognising and improving coping mechanisms and support systems. Participants are warmly welcomed, listened to, and can interact as much or as little as they wish, leaving the day feeling positive, re-charged, and informed.

Coming soon – Following on from the success of our Wellbeing days prior to lockdown, we are now delighted to once again be hosting our successful one and two-day residential retreats in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

These fabulous events include a range of activities with various facilitators, from yoga and pilates, to Qi Gong and reflexology. Feedback is hugely positive – everyone enjoys the escape to nature, the re-energising, and the invaluable friendships and strong bonds that are created on these short nurturing breaks.

Menopause Workshops

Our facilitators present the science behind the emotional, mental and physical changes and set out our 5-STEP APPROACH to starting your own action plan and feeling good about yourself. Topics such as sleep, anxiety, weight and hot flushes are covered. It’s a great way to network with like-minded women and discover how to embrace and overcome this often misunderstood chapter of our lives.

Boost You

Boost You! is designed exclusively for women to ‘re-set’ by rebuilding energy and vitality – something many of us need right now. The 6 week programme explores many vital elements that contribute to our sense of wellbeing, including how to awaken refreshed, the science of stress, diet, massage, and even touches on the Menopause. We use an holistic approach that’s based on science, wisdom and proven self-care regimes.
