Our Wellbeing Retreats

We are delighted to have launched our first retreat in Norfolk. This Late Summer Retreat took place at the beautiful West Lexham Manor in September 2018 and we focused on ‘self care’.

Over a beautiful week-end in the North Norfolk countryside we explored different aspects of wellbeing such as Reflexology, Nutrition and Water, Sleep and other self-nurturing strategies. We tapped into our own wisdom and intuition and learned how to create more of what we want in our lives.  We promoted ways of increasing our energy levels by 10% with just a few small changes to our daily routines.  All with a healthy dose of fun and laughter! The beautiful and tranquil setting at West Lexham Manor lent itself to leisurely nurturing walks around its lake and grounds, and the weather was kind enough to allow us all to swim in the outdoor heated pool.

We all connected  with a like-minded group of participants and three highly experienced group facilitators in a safe, inclusive and supportive space surrounded by nature and were nourished by vibrant health enhancing food.

We offer bespoke Retreats for individuals, groups and corporate teams, and tailored days or week-ends for ‘Hens’ to re-charge and revitalise prior to the ‘big day’.

Our next one-day Women’s Retreat is on the 12th May at the very lovely Abbey Hall in Eye, Suffolk.

The day will focus on ’self-care’.  Kate will chat about stress management, massage, sleeping well, and how to increase our energy levels with a few simple lifestyle changes.  Pema Clark will guide us through a yoga session and we’ll end with a calming meditative process you can take away with you and use every day.

You’ll be treated to a vibrant healthy lunch all within the grounds and fabulous space of this very special venue.
